Bring people with you.

We’re facing crazy times right now; a year into “work at home” and we’re faced with traditional work being turned inside out. Nothing is like it used to be any more.

It’s important to understand that change effects everyone in different ways; everyone is in a unique situation. Be an ear for them and bring them WITH you on the journey. Connect people together from all different functions; you’ll find the rising tide lifts all the boats.

One thing to be watchful for though — there are those that cling tightly to the past; I guarantee you will hear the cries of “that’s not the way we used to do it”; be warned, it can be a total anchor for a persons growth or for an entire organization.
